PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This superior fit out of the Sydney flagship store included new interconnecting stairs, an array of different spaces plus fittings and finishes across four floors.

​

SCOPE

The refurbishment of this building presented unique remedial waterproofing challenges including concrete grinding and levelling, removal of pre-existing membranes and facades coatings. New decorative facade coatings were installed in specified colours, torch- on applied membranes to terraces, as well as epoxy and concrete sealers to plant and service rooms/corridors.
